The 9th General Assembly of the RAPDP (African Network for the Protection of Personal Data) brings together African data protection authorities in Abidjan from May 18 to 20, 2026. It coincides with the 10th anniversary of the network, founded in 2016 in Ouagadougou. Organized by ARTCI (the African Regulatory Authority for Côte d'Ivoire), this edition aims to consolidate Abidjan as the African capital of digital sovereignty and to produce the Abidjan Final Declaration – a regulatory doctrine for 2026–2030.
